This policy describes how NorthAxis Sourcing handles information a business buyer submits while asking for comparable quotations on steel buildings. It is not a promise of a particular reply time, and it does not create a customer account.
The requirement form asks for a name, work email, company, an optional phone number, and a procurement requirement. With JavaScript enabled, optional product interest, budget amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference can be added to that requirement at submit time. Those extras are not stored as separate backend fields by this template. They travel inside the existing requirement text. Without JavaScript, the same notes belong in the requirement box itself.
The text is read to see whether use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope are clear enough to ask factories a comparable question. A brief that stops at a brand name may be returned with a request for those rows. Project drawings are not uploaded on this website. If drawings are needed, the desk will say how to send them after the form arrives.
This website does not publish a street address, a public telephone number, or a staff directory. Do not infer a location from the illustrated destination board on the contact page. That board is a graphic. Buyer submissions are not displayed as testimonials, and this policy does not authorize posting your company name as a reference.
A requirement may be shared with factories or coordinators who are being asked to price that written scope. It is not sold as a marketing list by the terms of this page. Sharing is limited to the sourcing task you started. If a factory needs a narrower excerpt, the desk should say which lines moved.
Keep your own copy of what you submit. To correct a company name, a destination, or a load figure, send a follow-up through the same form and identify the earlier message. NorthAxis Sourcing does not offer a self-service login to edit a past brief. Browser storage used for the sourcing-benefit notice is separate from the inquiry form and does not contain your building specification.
The blog notes are general procurement explanations. They are not a record of your project. Legal terms for using the desk sit on the Terms of Service page. Questions about this policy can be marked as a privacy question on the contact form so they are not treated as a request for a frame quotation.
QUALIFIED BUSINESS BUYERS
A coordinator can ask factories for quotations after the steel-building requirement is written down.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
