A useful steel brief names rigid frame or cold-formed steel, eave height, bay spacing, and clear span. Add wind speed, wind exposure category, and ground snow load when the jurisdiction has assigned them. State whether the quotation should stop at the shell or continue through delivery, installation, or a wider turnkey set, and who owns the foundation interface and the crane lift plan.

Quantity is the number of buildings. Destination is the place the truck must reach. An optional budget should say the currency and whether it is per building or for the whole order. High-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided is your preference about finish and service.
