This page explains the desk role. NorthAxis Sourcing coordinates factory quotations for business buyers comparing alternative pre-engineered steel buildings. It is an independent sourcing partner. It is not a plant, not a dealer appointment, and not an affiliate of a brand a visitor may have typed into search.

How a brief moves

There is no founding year, plant count, or client total on this page because those figures are not held as evidence. The line below is the work sequence, not a company history.

Intake

The buyer writes use, geometry, and the commercial scope. Optional budget and supplier preference stay buyer notes. They are not a live quotation and not a factory grade.

Gap check

Missing wind speed, ground snow load, or seismic design category is flagged. The desk does not invent a county value to make the form look complete.

Factory questions

Suppliers are asked to mark included, excluded, and open lines, and to name the primary frame, purlin, girt, and foundation interface assumptions.

Handoff

The buyer and the buyer’s professionals keep award, code, and contracting decisions. The desk can organize the replies. It does not sign the construction contract.

Responsibilities kept visible

Identity

Service name stays NorthAxis Sourcing. A searched brand is a reference, never the logo and never the domain.

Catalog

Clear-span, multi-bay, insulated, warehouse, workshop, and hangar names are inquiry options. They are not stock and not compatibility certificates.

Standards

IBC, IRC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, and ISO 9001 are documents to request for the quoted system. HUD Code is a different path and is not borrowed for site steel.

Scope lines

Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey are written as separate commercial meanings so totals are not mixed.

Money notes

A target budget needs currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. The desk does not publish a percent gap between factories.

Contact path

No public street counter is listed. Correspondence uses the requirement form and the email or phone the buyer types there.
